In the heart of Glyfada’s business district, Dim. Gounari, a refined approach to commercial design shapes the spatial identity of Unique’s office. The objective was to create a workspace reflecting our company’s design philosophy, emphasizing openness, natural light, & spatial integration. The final product features a main area divided by elegant, glazed walls and doors, separating the conference room from the offices. Large windows overlook the bustling metropolis, allowing ample sunlight to flood the interiors. Two sliding doors extend to private balconies, reinforcing the connection to the outdoors. The primary work area comprises two offices adjoined to a third by a discreet door, providing access to a hallway with storage, printing facilities, & restrooms. This design optimizes functionality while creating an inviting collaborative atmosphere.
